Nur Sultan Aquarium

Doman Aquarium is a modern entertainment center worth visiting in Nur-Sultan. It is the only aquarium in the world that is located more than 3000 km from the ocean, and includes more than 3000 creatures from the world’s oceans.

 

The most interesting part of the aquarium is the main tank with a 70-meter tunnel made of transparent acrylic at the bottom, equipped with a moving walkway, through which you can wander to the sea floor, several centimeters away from predatory sharks. Do not miss this interesting adventure.

The mosque features luxurious geometric designs, with traditional Kazakh motifs. It also houses the largest dome in Kazakhstan, as well as beautiful marble interiors. Also, enjoy a wonderful old copy of the Qur’an, weighing 40 kg, which is one of the oldest original scriptures in the world, and a silver Qur’an made in Moscow.

 

 

Kazakhstan State Opera Theater

The Astana Opera and Ballet House was established in 2013, at the initiative of the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. It is the largest theater in Central Asia and houses a repertoire of works by famous national composers, along with the Karagoz Ballets to the music of Jobanova. It is one of the most important tourist attractions in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, especially for art lovers.
