It is the embodiment of a folk tale about the mythical tree of life, the magical bird of happiness samruk that lays its egg in a crevice between two branches of a poplar tree.

It is a white reticle tower, surmounted by a large glass ball. With a height of 105 meters above sea level, it offers charming views of the city from above, through golden-colored glass, and there is also a café.

Hazrat Sultan Mosque is one of the most beautiful mosques in Kazakhstan, and one of the most famous tourist attractions in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan at all. It is the second largest mosque in Central Asia, and was built in 2012.

The mosque features luxurious geometric designs, with traditional Kazakh motifs. It also houses the largest dome in Kazakhstan, as well as beautiful marble interiors. Also admire a wonderful old copy of the Qur’an, weighing 40 kg, which is one of the oldest original scriptures in the world, and a silver Qur’an made in Moscow.

Kazakhstan State Opera Theater

The Astana Opera and Ballet House was established in 2013, at the initiative of the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev. It is the largest theater in Central Asia and houses a repertoire of works by famous national composers, along with the Karagoz Ballets to the music of Jobanova. It is one of the most important tourist attractions in Nur-Sultan, the capital of Kazakhstan, especially for art lovers.
